TRACEROUTES
If your connection to your web site seems slow or you have no connection at all, please run a trace route. Trace routes show each hop from your computer to the web site. If there is a problem in between, the trace route will expose it.

Run a trace route by doing the following:

1. Click on your start button.

2. Select "Run."

3. Type in "command" and click "OK."

4. Type in "tracert yourdomain.com"
Remember to replace "yourdomain.com with your own.

5. Copy the results into a trouble ticket on our ticket system at https://helpdesk.cmgbusinesshosting.com.
